This technique makes it possible to grow lush turf even in the most inaccessible areas, such as banks, embankments, slopes, steeply sloping terrain as well as to carry out environmental restoration works including the renaturalization of quarries and waste dumps, stabilization and protection of ski slopes and technical turfing for reinforced soil.
We at Unmaco have decades of experience in hydroseeding and, thanks to accurate and specific studies on products and machinery, we offer a specific hydroseeding plan. This, for example, involves using a hydroseeder with a 500-liter tank with agitator.
In general, for a good hydroseeding we recommend:
– to choose the right mixture, between GREEN ROUGH and BLUE STRONG in the suggested dose: 50 grams/sqm (15 kg per tank);
– Mulch suitable to the situation;
– SUPER-TACH adhesive;
– Super absorbent water retainer;
– Powdered organic soil improver of plant origin;
– Liquid starter fertilizer;
– MANURSOL SUPER GREEN dye, if necessary;
The extreme adaptability and flexibility of the hydroseeding technique also make it suitable for grassing extensive flat areas, sports fields, golf courses and large public recreational areas. Hydroseeding has the advantage of distributing all the material in a single pass and ensuring safer results of turf establishment, even when environmental conditions are not ideal (large presence of animals, cold, wind).
In conclusion, it is worth mentioning that we at Unmaco offer programs for hydroseeding that are the result of our many years of experience in the field, adaptable according to the hydroseeder used, such as the most common 500-liter tank machine with agitator.
Hydroseeding represents a promising technique for improving seed germination and having good results from risky seeding such as those on steep slopes or in unsuitable weather conditions such as drought periods.
